Visits 1 through 6 are the basic program and are highly recommended for all lawns.

Lawn Care Visit 1 (Early Spring):

• Complete Fertilizer containing both fast and controlled release material to promote spring green-up.
• Crabgrass pre-emergent to greatly reduce crabgrass and other annual weed grasses.

Lawn Care Visit 2 (Spring)

• Complete fertilizer containing both fast and controlled release material to enhance turf color and density.
• Broadleaf weed control for weeds such as dandelion, plantain and clover.

Lawn Care Visit 3 (Early Summer)

• Complete Fertilizer containing controlled release material to improve turf’s summer stress tolerance.
• Broadleaf weed control for weeds such as dandelion, plantain and clover. (Weather/Temperature permitting).
• Surface feeding insect control for turf damaging insects such as chinch bug and sod webworm (this treatment does not control grubs).

Lawn Care Visit 4 (Summer)

• Complete fertilizer containing controlled release material to improve turf’s summer stress tolerance.
• Surface feeding insect control for turf damaging insects such as chinch bug & sod webworm (this treatment does not control grubs.)

Lawn Care Visit 5 (Early Fall)

• Complete fertilizer containing both fast and controlled release material to enhance turf color and density.
• Broadleaf weed control for weeds such as dandelion, plantain and clover.

Lawn Care Visit 6 (Fall)

• Fertilizer that enhances winter root development and provides stores of energy for early spring green-up. This is the heaviest fertilizer application of the year and is generally considered the most important for root development.

Preventative Grub Application

• Controls the larva stage of many turf damaging beetles including Japanese Beetles, Masked Chafers and Bill Bugs. These insects are ‘sub-surface’ feeding insects and feed on the roots of turf.

Fall Aeration

• Helps alleviate soil compaction allowing better flow of air, water and nutrients to the root zone. Aeration also deters the build-up of thatch. Excessive thatch creates a favorable environment for diseases and insects.

Aeration with Overseeding

• Get all the benefits of aeration plus incorporate new grass seed to help build density in your lawn.

Lime Application

• Liming soil allows the grass to use more of the available nutrients. Liming also increases the activity of microbes in the soil to make the soil a ‘living environment’. The increased microbial activity also aides in the decomposition of thatch and grass clippings.

TREE CARE

Dormant Oil: A dormant season treatment for over-wintering insects and egg masses.

Spring Deep Root Fertilization: A complete balanced fertilizer treatment and bio stimulant complex injected directly into the plant root zone.

Early Spring Application: Insect and/or disease treatment targeting those pests active at this time.

Late Spring Application: Insect and/or disease treatment targeting those pests active at this time.

Early Summer Application: Insect and/or disease treatment targeting those pests active at this time.

Late Summer Application: Insect and/or disease treatment targeting those pests active at this time.

Fall Application: Late season insect treatment targeting those pests active at this time.

Fall Deep Root Fertilization: A complete balanced fertilizer treatment and bio stimulant complex injected directly into the plant root zone.

Winter Protect: Helps prevent winter damage of broadleaf Evergreens such as Rhododendron, Azaleas, Holly, Boxwood, Pieris Japonica and Laurel.

Soil Injection: Full-Season preventative treatment for specific insects without spray drift or residue.

Trunk Injection: Insecticides, Fungicides and Fertilizers Injected directly into the trunk of the tree. Trunk Injection gives a very uniform distribution of material while eliminating spray residue. This method of treatment is very good for very large trees, street trees, trees in parking lots and trees that cannot be accessed by a spray truck.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

I would like to pay in the following way:

Please invoice me after each application is performed. I agree to pay within 30 days of the service. (The invoice will be left in a door-hanger bag at your home at the time of service.)

Budget Plan: The total amount of the services ordered will be divided by the number of months from now until November. This method helps even out the payments. We will need a credit card on file and we will automatically charge the appropriate amount on the 15th of each month. Please contact the office for the exact amount of the payments and to set this up.

Pre-Pay for the year’s services. This may be done with a credit card or by mailing a check or money order or dropping off cash at our office.
