Aeration and Aeration with Overseeding: Besides fertilization, aeration is probably the most beneficial thing that can be done to a lawn to improve the root system and increase the health and vigor of the plant. Overseeding at the time of Aeration is a great way to incorporate new, quality grass seed into a lawn to help fill in those thin areas or bare spots.

Lime: Most soils in our area are too acidic. Acid soil prevents turf-grasses from getting the full benefit out of the available nutrients. By liming your lawn, your grass will be better able to use the fertilizers we apply as well as nutrients that occur naturally in your soil. Liming at the time of aeration is a great way to quickly get the lime down into the soil to the root zone.
HOW WE DO IT: Most people only care about how their lawn looks and not the technology it takes to make that lawn the best looking lawn on the block. However, if you're one of those that also care about all the tools of the trade, here's the place for you.
